Customs, Duties & International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

FulviZoo / ODYSSEY & WELL LLC is not responsible for:

  • Customs fees or tariffs
  • Delays caused by customs authorities
  • Packages held, inspected, damaged, or rejected by customs

Refused Shipments

If you refuse your order due to customs charges:

  • The shipment may be abandoned or destroyed by customs
  • No refund will be issued if the package is not returned to us

If the package is returned to us:

  • A refund may be issued only if the product is received in resellable condition
  • Original shipping costs and return costs will not be refunded

If the package is lost, abandoned, or not returned by customs:

  • No refund will be possible

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and order details
  • Displayed before completing your purchase

Returns & Refunds

UAE Customers (Premium Guarantee) 🇦🇪

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for all UAE orders.

  • Free returns within the UAE
  • Return period: 30 days from delivery
  • Items must be returned in good condition with original packaging

International Returns

  • Return period: 30 days from delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in resellable condition
  • Original packaging, labels, and included items must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

The following are not eligible:

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective)
  • Promotional or gifted items when returned separately

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned product
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for UAE free returns cases where applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the package and product

Once verified, we will offer:

  • Free reshipment, or
  • Full refund, depending on the case

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of shipment
  • Returns must be approved before being sent
